Horton Public Library Board:
The Library Board meets every 3rd Wednesday of each month @ 5:15 pm. Meetings are held at the Library unless posted otherwise and open to the public. Changes to dates and times or special meetings will be announced to the public on our Facebook Page and posted in the Library. The board practices in Robert’s Rule of Order and Kansas Open Meetings Act (KOMA).
